Rewards Program

CCS Player Rewards Stamp Card

How It Works:

Players receive a rewards card marked with their Name, Player ID, and Game during their weekly play event.
Cards are stamped at the end of round 3 (or the latest round of Pack Per Win), during prize-out.

Weekly play events, Prereleases, and Competitive events are all worth 1 stamp each!
Pop-up events and any un-sanctioned and/or unpaid event are not eligible for rewards stamps!

Players receive 1 rewards card per game.
Completed rewards cards may be redeemed for a discount on select products from the latest release. (See "Eligible Items” list)

Rewards cards may only be redeemed for discounts on products from the same game (Pokemon player reward for Pokemon products, etc)

Players are responsible for keeping track of their punch card, and bringing it to each event they participate in. Additional cards may be supplied if a player forgets, and multiple partially completed cards may be turned in as if they were complete, as long as the total # of stamps is >=8, and they are owned by the same player.

Lost punch cards cannot be replaced, and any stamps accrued on a lost punch card cannot be given retroactively. A player who loses a card must start their card over.

Applicable Discounts are determined by product Market Price. Discount is either MSRP or 20% off, whichever is a deeper discount.
Any player caught abusing or cheating this system in any way will be banned from participating in the rewards program, and may also face a suspension from weekly play and/or visiting the store in general.

Redemptions are only for the latest release available in store, while supplies last.
Multiple cards may be redeemed at once.
Discounts do not stack

Redemptions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (Ex. Black Friday, Sales, Preorder/Interest Sheet Discounts, etc.)
20% off discounts do not stack with multiple cards. Players may redeem 1 card for 1 item at 20% off. Additional discount cards may be redeemed for a discount on an additional item, but cannot stack for a greater discount on a singular item.
FiveStars/SumUp rewards/Coupons may not be used in conjunction with these rewards.

Cards may be saved to be redeemed for products from future releases, but cannot retroactively be applied to the previous product once the next release has come out.
Management reserves the right to augment these stipulations as they see fit, and these terms and conditions are subject to change. By participating in the rewards program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as they are written, and as they evolve.
This system is designed to reward our communities of regular players, and support all levels of play at CCS. We offer this rewards system in good faith, and ask that our community use them in kind. Please be respectful of staff at all times.
